There are some items that a fashionable person simply cannot do without. It is good to know them because you can pick up items that are similar with a bit of unique flair to completely make your style your own.

A fall coat. Everyone should have some kind of a fall coat. Light coats all ‘fall’ into this category. A coat trend last year was the pea coat.

The trench coat is a key component of  this category. You can find a trench coat in just about any color at any length, which means you can find something that fits you and your style. Leather jackets are also popular. There are many kinds with feminine details and unique coloring.

 

 

 

A little black dress. You are neither over nor under-dressed in a little black dress.

This is a classic staple for anyone’s wardrobe. There are many different cuts and styles so you can find something unique and flattering. This goes great with the trench.

 

 

 

 

A pair of flats. Flats go with outfits for work, church, school, and general wear.

They can make a pair of jeans look fantastic (a la Kate Middleton) and they can make a dressy outfit more comfortable if you are going to be walking places. Plus, many men think that women look more attractive when in flats instead of high heels.

These three items can be used together or can be spread out through your wardrobe and outfits to create timeless pieces that look great on any body type.
